Tactile graphicacy is the ability to understand and interpret information from tactile graphics,
Providing tactile graphics, whether via an electronic device or created using Wikki Sticks and glue, is only part of what students with visual impairments need to successfully navigate tactile graphics. They must also be directly taught the skills needed to interpret and understand them.
