Microsoft Outlook Accessibility
Microsoft supports two desktop versions of Outlook referred to as Classic Outlook and New Outlook. All resources from Microsoft will have information on both versions in a list of tabs across the screen. By default, the New Outlook instructions and information will have focus when resource links are activated.
To switch among tabs, ensure screen reader focus is in the tab area and use Left and Right Arrows to move among the options. There is not a need to press Enter to activate the tab since it will be automatically open when it receives screen reader focus.
Please also note that resources for Outlook on the Web, Outlook for Android, and Outlook for iOS are also in the list of available tabs at the top of all resources from Microsoft.
